TERMS & CONDITIONS is a website operated by X Pty Limited (ABN X) of INSERT REGSTERED BUSINES ADDRESS (“we”, “us” and “our”). We do everything we can to ensure you are not only happy with our products but that you love them. The following applies to help both of us:

(a) You agree to pay the purchase price specified on the website at the time that you place your order for the purchase of a product, and any applicable
shipping and insurance charges based on the shipping options selected by you. All amounts are stated in Australian dollars. All purchase prices include
Australian GST (where applicable). Shipping charges will be separately shown.
(b) If the goods are being shipped to an address that is not in Australia, you or the addressee will be responsible for paying any other sales, use, goods and
services, value added, customs, excise or similar taxes or charges (“Other Taxes”) imposed by any applicable government agency in the addressee state or
country. We are unable to advise you on the amount of any Other Taxes, and you should contact the taxing authorities of the state or country that the Products
are to be shipped to if you are unsure whether any Other Taxes will apply.
(c) You must pay for the product online by credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or PayPal. Your payment will be processed upon
receipt of your order. The credit cards that are accepted from time to time will be described on the website. A transaction fee may apply for the use of certain
credit cards and PayPal.

Cancellation of orders
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in a product being unavailable. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will
contact you by email as soon as possible to advise you of the reason for the delay. If this occurs, you may cancel your order at any time prior to when we ship
the product to you.

Any delivery times displayed on the website are estimates only.

You can return an item, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt.
The return does not include any item that has been personalised /customised.
If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require either photo proof of the faulty item or provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post. You will then be
offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item or a full refund. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, e.g. your credit card or
PayPal account.
Please note: We are unable to return or exchange an item that is not being returned or exchanged by the original purchaser.

Please note that colours may vary due to lighting, screens and other factors. Our intention is to always represent our products correctly.

Warranties and liability
If any product fails to comply with the following promises within 30 days of your receipt of the product, you may return the product for a full refund.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to
have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Exchange & Return Policy

Dear Customers,

We want you to fall in love with your Fernworks pieces, so if you’re not 100% happy, our return policy is valid for up to 30 days after your purchase. We offer a store exchange for the value of your purchase.

Items must be returned “unworn – in new perfect condition”

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund.

Fernworks is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
