www.fernworks.com.au is a website operated by X Pty Limited (ABN X) of INSERT REGSTERED BUSINES ADDRESS (“we”, “us” and “our”). We do everything we can to ensure you are not only happy with our products but that you love them. The following applies to help both of us.
Standard Delivery
- Take advantage of FREE STANDARD DELIVERY Australia-wide on orders over $80.00
- For orders over $80 we also offer an Express Delivery service for a flat rate of $10.00
- For order less than $80 we charge a delivery fee, starting from $7.00
- Most standard delivery customers receive their order within 3 business days, but you should allow up to 5 business days for your goods to arrive. We recommend customers in regional areas, Western Australia and South Australia allow up to 7 business days.
Express Delivery
- Orders over $80 may be eligible for Express Delivery, offered for a flat rate of $10.00
- This service guarantees priority fulfilment and delivery. Most Express Delivery orders are delivered the following business day, but can take 1-3 business days during peak periods.
- For order less than $80 we charge a delivery fee, starting from $7.00
- If you are eligible for Express Delivery, you will have the option to choose this during the check-out.

- Select the item online as you normally would in the cart – choose store pick up.
- After placing your order, you will be sent an order confirmation, followed by a separate email when your order is ready for collection.
- IMPORTANT Please wait until you receive an email saying your order is ready for collection before heading in store.
